HarMcC Heritage LLC was incorporated in 2012.  It is born from a fierce belief in progressing U.S. education policy, engineering public school systems for accountability, aiding communities in navigating local government regulations, and equipping underserved individuals and families to access advanced academic opportunities.

Founder

Erica Harrison Arnold, Principal & Founder of HarMcC Heritage LLC, is a graduate of

Harvard Law School, Harvard Kennedy School of Government, Hampton University, and the public schools of Athens, Georgia.  She has attained a Juris Doctor, Master of Public Policy, Master of Education Leadership, Bachelor of Arts, teaching certificate, and bar license to practice law in the State of Georgia. Erica comes from the tradition of "lift, as you climb".
